Evaluation ENGIM

Strategies, Organisational road map models, Competences, Action plans

The plan aims to strengthen organizational cultural change by organizing continuous awareness-raising workshops for staff, holding annual strategic meetings with leadership, and collecting feedback to monitor the acceptance of digital transformation. The objective is to recognize hybrid classrooms as a structural educational model.

Technological equipment and the digital ecosystem will be enhanced through periodic technology audits, centralized procurement and renewal plans for hybrid teaching devices, and technical support and maintenance plans. The goal is to ensure all ENGIM centers have equitable, updated, and pedagogically suitable digital equipment.

To strengthen teacher and student digital competencies, modular training programs for teachers based on the DigCompEdu framework will be implemented, along with a peer-to-peer mentoring system and student digital literacy workshops. Feedback and reflection sessions will monitor competence development.

Hybrid classrooms will be institutionalized in standard pedagogical practice by revising curricula to include hybrid delivery modes, developing guidelines for hybrid course design and evaluation, and aligning with national quality assurance frameworks and DigComp 2.0 principles.

Continuous development and innovation will be ensured by creating a “Hybrid Innovation Hub,” conducting regular technological scouting, and participating in European and national networks for digital education innovation. The objective is to adapt proactively to technological and pedagogical innovations to future-proof hybrid education.
