Assessment of individual digital competencies at TAKK

Skills and competences, Evidence of learning, Feedback, Action pans

At TAKK we utilised an existing Digital Confidence self assessment, which is used for evaluating general digital competence of our teachers. The HAVE project team created an updated version of the self assessment and included questions related to hybrid education. The self assessment was piloted in TAKK’s Business and Administration training field and adjusted according to feedback.

According to TAKK’s digital competence development model, the results of the self-assessment were also discussed in person with the respondents. This procedure makes it possible to dig a little deeper into the answers of the assessment and help the teacher create their own learning path for competence development. The assessment discussions were conducted by our digimentors, teachers who are peer-support providers in their training fields on digital competence development issues.
