Didactical learning circles - next practice VUC

Strategies, Organisational road map models, Competences, Action plans

The next phase of CPD acitivities is designed to enhance professional cooperative learning among teachers through regular online sessions and on-site collegial visits to hybrid classrooms. It leverages peer-to-peer learning and fosters a culture of continuous reflection and openness among colleagues.

The structure involves forming learning circles, each facilitated by a teacher appointed by management. Facilitators meet regularly with the CPD coordinator to share experiences and provide feedback. The coordinator oversees the program and can join circle meetings as needed. The execution plan included a kickoff meeting in February 2025, three online circle meetings, two practice visits, and two self-assessments. Teachers visit each other’s classrooms to observe and reflect on practical experiences, guided by their individual learning needs.

The main activity during circle meetings is shared reflections on practice observations, with thematic content provided by the CPD coordinator. Teachers are encouraged to take ownership of discussions based on current needs. Feedback is collected to improve digital capacity across the organisation.
