Examples of learning designs from VUC
Skills and competences, Evidence of learning, Feedback, Action pansThe PDF file “Learning Designs” below outlines eight different learning designs that have been tested and used in classes at VUC Storstrøm. These designs cover various subjects, including Danish (AVU and HF courses), Danish as a second language (AVU course), Social Studies (AVU course), English (AVU course), and Science (AVU course). The educational levels supported are AVU (Almen Voksenuddannelse, General Adult Education) at EQF level 2 and HF (Higher Preparatory Level) at EQF level 3.
Each learning design follows a structured sequence of activities, including warm-ups, text work, written assignments, and summing up sessions. Teachers play various roles, such as motivators, facilitators, and knowledge resources, to guide students through the learning process.
These learning designs demonstrate a comprehensive approach to hybrid teaching, leveraging technology to create interactive and collaborative learning environments.
The shared learning designs have been developed by Camilla Holck Hemmingsen, Susanne Djurhuus, René Normann Jensen, Anders Nicolai Thaarup og Simon Sloth.
