There has been a cultural shift towards accepting hybrid education, with stronger leadership in digital innovation and greater openness among staff. Technological upgrades have been implemented across all ENGIM institutions, standardizing digital tools and platforms, which has improved students’ digital literacy and autonomous learning.

Teachers and students are actively involved, with hybrid methodologies integrated into curricular planning and delivery, aligning with quality frameworks. This has consolidated ENGIM’s capacity for innovation in digital and hybrid education, making learning more inclusive, flexible, and tailored. The transformation has enhanced educational quality and accessibility, and strengthened ENGIM’s resilience to future challenges.
