The learning path of VUC outlines professional development activities for teachers in parallel classrooms from April 2022 to February 2025. It has included workshops, seminars, and evaluations aimed at improving technical skills, working with relations, hybrid didactics, classroom management and well-being of students. Key activities involve systematic knowledge collection, technical equipment training, and individual assessments. Feedback from teachers and students was used to refine the CPD activities, leading to a future concept (action plan) based on regular online meetings and on-site visits in learning circles.
